摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact valve that can easily separate a valve rod from a stem of an operation device, by providing a means for controlling flow varying following an operation of a pilot plant with a cartridge-type seating arrangement structure having the operation device adequate for moving a valve. SOLUTION: A longitudinal passage 6 is formed in a housing 3 having an inlet port 4 and an outlet port 5, and an orifice member 8 is held. A cylindrical valve element 16 having a large head portion 17 is engaged with a valve seat hole formed in the orifice member 8, a valve rod 28 integrated with the valve element 16 is extended upward through two guide bushes 40, and its top is connected with an operation device 29. This operation device 29 has a lower yoke portion 30 supported on a bonnet 23, and accommodates a piston 35, including a rotating diaphragm 44 capable of being displaced upward by compressed air against a return spring 36, and connects the valve rod 28 with a rod 35a of the piston 35.
