摘要： Hydroxyl-containing polyurethanes I are composed essentially of a) a diisocyanate of 6 to 30 carbon atoms (component II), b) a component III comprising alpha ) an aliphatic diol of 2 to 20 carbon atoms or beta ) an aromatic-aliphatic or aromatic-cycloaliphatic diol of 8 to 30 carbon atoms having nonphenolic hydroxyl groups as hydroxyl groups of the diol and c) a polyhydric alcohol having at least 3 hydroxyl groups, 3 to 18 carbon atoms and nonphenolic hydroxyl groups as hydroxyl groups of the alcohol (component IV), the amounts of components II to IV being such that the total number of nonphenolic hydroxyl groups is from 1.1 to 5.0 per isocyanate group of II. The polyurethanes can be used as binders or binder components for pigment-containing coatings, in particular for the production of magnetic recording materials.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium battery by mixing a pigment, a copolymer and a plasticizer in specified ratios, and preparing the melted body of the mixture followed by extrusion molding. SOLUTION: This method comprises preparing the melted body of a mixture containing, in a ratio of 1-100 wt.%, a mixture containing 1-95 wt.% of a pigment containing at least one of an electrochemically inactive solid having a primary grain size of 5 nm-20 μm, a compound capable of releasing Li ion in charging, and a compound capable of receiving Li ion in charging; 5-99 wt.% of at least one copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and 8-25 wt.% of hexafluoroproplylene; and 1-200 wt.%, to the total amount of the pigment and the copolymer, of a plasticizer containing two or more of seven kinds such as dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl phthalate and the like, and subjecting the melted body to extruding process. According to this method, a molded body, particularly, a film-like molded body can be produced.

Large amounts of coated films can be fed to a continuous recycling process in which any pigments present in the coating and the substrate material are recovered. The treatment is carried out at room temperature in an alkaline medium consisting of soft soap, organic solvent and/or water, with or without the use of a catalyst. The solvent is recycled. After the first treatment stage, the film shreds can be treated in a second stage with a solvent/water mixture similarly to the first stage, and thorough final washing in a water or solvent circulation is effected in a third stage. The recovered film shreds are dried, pressed, milled and brought to the desired shape in a plastics agglomerator, and the recovered pigments are dried under reduced pressure (FIG. 1). The process and apparatus can be used with advantage for any type of substrate or printed media, for example for magnetic substrates, photographic substrates, printing plates, pigment-free substrates.

摘要： A magnetic recording material contains a layer comprising a magnetic pigment and a polyurethane binder (I) prepared by reacting an isocyanate (II) with a chain extender (V).(II) are (a) prepolymers prepared by reacting (A1) a polyvalent alcohol (III) containing more than one hydroxyl group per molecule capable of reacting with (II), with (A2) an aromatic or aliphatic polyvalent isocyanate (IV), or (b) compounds (IV). The ratio of reactive hydroxyl groups in (III) to the isocyanate groups in (IV) is less than 1. (V) are prepared by reacting (a) a polyvalent alcohol (VI) with either (b1) a compound (VII) containing an epoxy group and an additional functional group which is reactive with alcohols, forming a compound (VIII) which is reacted with an alpha,beta-olefinic unsaturated carboxylic acid (IX) to form a compound (X), or (b2) a compound (IX) to form a compound (X), and then (c) reacting (X) with an amine (XI) containing at least one prim. amino group which can react with olefinic bond in (IX). The sum of reactive amino and hydroxyl groups in (V) is greater than the number of isocyanate groups in (II).
