    • La invencion se refiere a un metodo para producir revestimientos, revestimientos adhesivos y/o selladores, a partir de materiales de revestimiento, adhesivos y/o selladores que puedan curarse usando radiacion actinica, sobre o en substratos imprimados o no imprimados. Conforme a dicho metodo, los materiales de revestimiento, adhesivos y/o selladores se aplican para y/o inducen en los substratos y las capas resultantes subsecuentemente se curan usando radiacion actinica, usando materiales de revestimiento, adhesivos y selladores que carecen de fotoiniciadores y que contienen o consisten de, como componentes que pueden ser activados mediante la radiacion actinica: A) al menos uno copolimero de (met)acrilato que contiene como media estadistica por molecula al menos un grupo (a) que comprende al menos un enlace que puede activarse mediante la radiacion actinica, por lo cual el grupo (a) se une a la estructura basica del copolimero (A) de (met)acrilato mediante reacciones similares aquellas de los polimeros, o alternativamente B) al menos un compuesto que contiene como media estadistica por molecula al menos un grupo (a) que comprende al menos un enlace que puede activarse mediante la radiacion actinica, y C) al menos un copolimero de (met) acrilato que carece de grupos del tipo (a), y que contienen una cantidad de grupos que se pueden activar mediante radiacion actinica de entre 70 y 400 meq/100 g de solidos.

    • A photoinitiator free (meth)acrylate copolymer based coating agent, adhesive and sealing composition has an actinic activatable group content of 700-400 milliequivalents/100 g solid and comprises at least one (meth)acrylate copolymer that contains a group that is activated by actinic radiation or at least one compound containing at least one actinic radiation activatable bond. A photoinitiator free coating agent, adhesive and sealing composition (I) has an actinic activatable group content of 700-400 milliequivalents/100 g solid and comprises: (A) at least one (meth)acrylate copolymer that on average contains at least one group (A1) that contains a bond that is activated by actinic radiation, in which the group is bonded to the base (meth)acrylate copolymer structure by polymer-analogue reactions; or (B) at least one compound that on average contains at least one group (A1) having at least one actinic radiation activatable bond; and (C) at least one (meth)acrylate copolymer that is free of groups (A1). An independent claim is included for a process for the production of coatings, adhesive layers and/or seals by application of the composition (I) to optionally primed substrates and curing of the resulting layer with actinic radiation.

    • The invention relates to a method for producing coatings from coating materials, which can be cured thermally and by using actinic radiation, on primed or non-primed substrates by: (1) applying at least one coating material, which can be cured thermally and by using actinic radiation, to a primed or non-primed substrate, whereby producing a layer that is comprised of the coating material, and; (2) curing the layer by using heat and actinic radiation. The inventive method is characterized in that a coating material is used that consists of:(A) compounds, which, with a statistical mean, contain at least one free isocyanate group and at least one bond per molecule that can be activated by means of actinic radiation; (B) (meth)acrylate copolymerizates that contain hydroxyl groups, and optionally of; C) additives selected from the group comprised of pigments, fillers, nanoparticles, bonding agents, reactive diluents, cross-linking agents for thermal curing, solvents, water, UV absorbers, light stabilizers, radical scavengers, initiators, catalysts for thermal cross-linking, degassing agents, slip additives, polymerization inhibitors, defoaming agents, emulsifiers, wetting and dispersing agents, adhesion promoters, flow-controlling agents, film-forming auxiliary agents, sag control agents (SCA), rheology controlling additives (thickeners), flame proofing agents, siccatives, drying agents, skinning inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, waxes and delustering agents.
