摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail elastic clamping device capable of being fixed by fitting a position of a mounting hole in a base plate to a position of a mounting hole in a bridge girder used for the existing steel bridge solid bed track. SOLUTION: A tie plate 2 of a rail elastic clamping device 1 and an elastic member are so formed that shapes and sizes in the view of plane approximately coincide with those of them. A base plate 3 includes the central parts approximately coinciding with shapes and sizes of the tie plate and elastic member in the view of plane and projecting part 3c projected to the direction at right angles to the direction of rail construction from the central parts. Mounting holes 3d inserting a second clamping device into them are provided to both projection parts of the base plate, and the mounting holes having the centers in the central positions in the direction of rail construction in both projection parts are formed into slots long in the direction at right angles to the direction of rail construction. The base plate is led by rising guide sections 10a and 10b of an exclusive insulating plate insulated only against a bridge girder of a steel bridge with the end face at right angles to the direction of rail construction of the central part thereof and projected front end face of the projection parts and is stored in the planar insulating plate.
