    • PURPOSE:To draw out a liquid remaining in a heat transfer pipe earlier and to prevent stress corrosion cracks, pit corrosion and the like from occurring by using an air feed pipe for ejecting a gas and an exhaust pipe for absorbing liquid drops scattered by the ejection of the gas in a U-shaped heat transfer pipe. CONSTITUTION:A dual pipe consisting of an air feed pipe 28 and an exhaust pipe 25 is inserted up to the lower end portion of a U-shaped pipe of a heat transfer pipe 1. A high speed gas 33 is ejected from the air feed pipe 28 to the inner wall surface of the heat transfer pipe 1 through a gas ejection path 32. Water 14 remaining at the lower part of the heat transfer pipe 1 is scattered in the form of waterdrops 34 and absorbed from a water recovering part 27, and discharged outside the heat transfer pipe 1 through an exhaust pipe 25. Simultaneously, waterdrops 35 adhering to the inner wall of the heat transfer pipe 1 is similarly scattered and absorbed from the water recovering portion 27. By these operations the liquid within the heat transfer pipe 1 is completely removed. Consequently, generation of stress corrosion cracks, pit corrosion and scales in the heat transfer pipe due to the concentration of impurities in the residual liquid can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a hoisting work of a hoisted cargo by a crane, to shorten work time and to improve safety of the hoisting work.
      SOLUTION: When a manipulator 10 is separated after a spherical surface hook 4 mounted on a hoisting chain 3 is dropped into a guide hole 7a of a hoisting metal fitting 7 by using the manipulator 10, the hoisting chain 3 is guided into a hoisting chain through hole 7b of the hoisting metal fitting 7, and at the same time, a spherical surface of the spherical surface hook 4 is engaged to a fitting groove 7c of the hoisting metal fitting 7 provided on a lower side of the through hole 7b. Thus, when the hoisting chain 3 is hoisted by the crane 1, the hoisted cargo is hoisted since the spherical surface hook 4 is engaged to the fitting groove 7c of the hoisting metal fitting 7. By using the crane 1 in which a plurality of spherical surface hooks 4 are mounted on the hoisting chain 3 to hoist the hoisted cargo by being connected in a row, the hoisting length when hoisting the hoisted cargo can be adjusted.

      SOLUTION: This is the lifting apparatus of which the lifting means is constituted of a plurality of joint members 3 linked together like beads connected with a crane 1, at least one spherical surface hook fixing fixtures 5 attached between the joint members 3 adjacent to the spherical surface hook 4 attached on the joint members 3. The joint member 3 and the fixing fixture 5 can pass through a through hole provided at a center of the spherical surface hook 4. The spherical surface hook 4 is supported on a surface of the fixing fixture 5 at an appropriate position with a support bolt 7 for supporting the spherical surface hook 4 protruded from an inner portion of the spherical surface hook 4.

    • PURPOSE:To improve toughness in a weld zone and also to relieve residual welding stress, by subjecting a heat-transfer pipe of a heat exchanger and a hub of a pipe plate to butt welding and then applying heat treatment to the weld zone under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:The heat-transfer pipe 2, composed of high-Cr steel containing, as principal components, 8.0-10.0wt.% Cr and 0.8-1.2wt.% Mo, of a heat exchanger and the hub 3a of a pipe plate 3 composed of high-Cr steel are allowed to abut each other and subjected to inert-gas tungsten-arc welding by the use of filler metal. Subsequently, the weld zone 4 is rapidly heated up to a temp. in a temp. region of the Ac3 transformation point or above, 900-960 deg.C, from the inside by means of a high-frequency heater 6, and the outside is cooled rapidly down to ordinary temp. by passing water 10. Further, high-frequency heaters 6, 7, 8 are electrified, and a residual welding stress zone 9 including the weld zone 4 is heated from the inside up to 700-760 deg.C and then cooled slowly. In this way, a coarse-grain zone in the weld zone 4 is refined and formed into a stable tempered martensite structure, so that toughness is improved and residual welding stress is relieved.
