摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal temperature rise in heat accumulation before it occurs by discovering by a sensor at an early stage an abnormal state in the change of the temperature in preheating air and in the change of the SOx concentration in exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:The unburned portion accumulated on the heating elements of an air preheater 1 starts to be oxidized, and when the heat accumalation starts on the elements by the heat generation there, an abnormality appears in an exhaust gas outlet temperature sensor 8 that is provided at exhaust gas outlet section, preheated air outlet temperature sensor 9 provided at the outlet section, and SOx sensor 8 provided at the exhaust gas outlet section, and those temperatures and the SOx concentration start to rise, At this stage at which this abnormality is discovered, a forced draft fan 7 is operated, and if a damper 5 at the outlet of the forced draft fan, damper 6 at the outlet of the preheated air, and damper 3 at the inlet of the air preheater exhaust gas are closed and a partition damper 12 of a bypass duct and an outlet damper 4 of the air preheater exhaust gas are opened, cooling air is sent from a bypass duct 11 for forced cooling and accumulated unburned portion is oxidized and generates heat and the heating elements which are accumulating heat are cooled and an abnormal rise in temperature by heat accumulation on the elements is preveated in the initial stage.

SOLUTION: In a cyclone cleaning apparatus 7 or an ash-exhaust pipe 8, torque switches 15 and 22 are provided so as to detect working torque and so as to make respective cylinder actuators 10 and 20 operate when the torque exceeding over its fixed value, and a compressed air supplying device 11 is provided so as to operate by being detected the plugging up of ash by these torque switches 15 and 22 and a compressed air supplying pipe 12 is provided so as to supply compressed air generated in the compressed air supplying device 11. As a result, it makes possible to prevent plugging up in the cyclone separator and the ash-exhaust pipe 5 so as to carry out the continuous operation of a mechanical type dust collector.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-preheating apparatus for preventing fine waterdrop where unburnt combustible content and ash content from riding on an air current and adhering to equipment that is arranged on the downstream side for drying and hardening, and hence preventing the interference in the operation of the equipment when washing the air-preheating apparatus without using any soap and then drying the apparatus by fan blowing. SOLUTION: When air in an exhaust gas duct 2 is discharged strongly by rotating an induced draft fan 7 after the washing of the air-preheating apparatus 1 without using any soap is completed, high-speed air flow flows in the exhaust gas duct 2, and waterdrops at the gap of a heat-storing body 11 are blown off by air flow and become misty, fine waterdrops and are scattered with the air flow. The waterdrops flow down along one channel that is divided by a partition board 12, is inverted sharply near a flow-down well 9, and a straightening vane 6 straighten the flow of air flow passing through the inside in the flex section of the exhaust gas duct 2, so that fine waterdrops in the high-speed air flow hits against the wall of the flow-down well 9 for condensation and flowing down due to the inertia and centrifugal force, and flows out of an outlet at the bottom of the flow-down well 9.
