摘要： PURPOSE:To measure the composition ratio of NOx under a high oxygen concentration by measuring the concentration of oxygen, computing the quantity of oxygen consumption, and computing the quantity of NO which is consumed in sampling based on the quantity of oxygen consumption. CONSTITUTION:A sampled gas to be measured from a process input pipe 1 is inputted into an oxygen analyzer 5 through an input valve 4. The concentration of the oxygen at the input is measured in the oxygen analyzer 5. Then, the gas to be measured is inputted into a flowmeter 9 from the pipe 1 through an input valve 8. The flow rate of the sample gas is measured in the flowmeter 9. Temperature, NO concentration, NO2 concentration and oxygen concentration are measured in a thermometer 10, an NO analyzer 11, an NO2 analyzer 12 and an oxygen analyzer 13. The measured signals are inputted into an operator 17. The analyzing time required for each analyzer is inputted into the operator 17. The operator 17 operates quantity of oxygen consumption, measured quantity of NO, quantity of NO at the input, quantity of NO2 at the input and quantity of NOx at the input in accordance with specified expressions and can perform concentration conversion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To replace packing housed in a cylindrical vessel in a short time by filling packing into cylindrical cartridges separately, placing them in a cylindrical container, providing a gas nozzle and a liquid inlet nozzle on the shell of a column instead on the upper end plate. CONSTITUTION:A packed column 1 comprises a shell 24, and an upper end plate 21 and a lower end plate 18 disposed on the upper and lower end of said shell respectively, while a cylindrical container 2 housing gas-liquid contact packing 3 therein is provided in the shell 24 of the column 1. Gas to be treated is processed by means of absorption liquid by feeding absorption liquid from the upper part of the column and feeding gas to be treated from one side of the lower or upper part of the column. Cylindrical cartridges 20a-20c containing the packing 3 are disposed in the cylindrical container 2, each cartridge having a meshed bottom plate 4 at its lower part and a liquid distribution plate 5 at its upper part. Further, a gas nozzle 8 and a liquid inlet nozzle 9 are provided on the shell 24, which none of them is provided on the upper end plate 21. As a result, packing housed within the column can be replaced easily in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent leaking-out of a filler material and substances adsorbed and adhered to the material by arranging a blocking plate above a filter bottom plate and by blocking or releasing an opening of a filter case on occasions of removing or setting-in the filter case. CONSTITUTION:A blocking plate 29 having a size large enough to block an opening 18 is arranged at a place below a filling zone of a filler 48 in a filter case 26, and above a filter bottom plate 40. The blocking plate 29 blocks the opening 18 by touching a surface of the bottom plate 40, when the case 26 is removed from filter support members, and releases the opening 18 by being arranged above the opening 18, when the case 26 is returned to be set-in. Also, in case of a filter exchanging, when the filter, with the case 26, are lifted up by a crane, the opening 18 is closed by the blocking plate 29 with a spring device, and therewith even though the filter 48 and substances adsorbed and adhered to the filter 48 in the case 26, fall down, leaking-out of them to an outside can be prevented by making them stay on the bottom plate 40 and the blocking plate 29.

CONSTITUTION:An Nox concn. monitor 6 which monitors the Nox concn. in the off-gas and an off-gas flow meter 7 which measures the off-gas flow rate are installed to the off-gas line. The signals from the Nox concn. monitor 6 and the off-gas flow meter 7 are inputted to an arithmetic circuit 9. The change in the Nox flow rate in the off-gas is calculated in the arithmetic circuit 9 and the O2 flow rate corresponding to the Nox flow rate is calculated. The circuit outputs an opening degree signal to an O2 flow rate control valve 5. The O2 flow rate control valve 5 is so regulated as to inject the O2 at about the equal molar rate as the molar rate of the Nox. The outlet Nox flow rate is controlled to the specified value to any Nox concns. in this case.

CONSTITUTION:A process gas flows from a process piping 10 into the lower part of a lower filter container 1b where the greater part of the iodine is adsorbed by the adsorbents 4. The gas emitted from the container 1b flows through a process piping 11 into the lower part of an upper filter container 1a where the iodine remaining in the gas is adsorbed; thereafter, the gas flows through a process piping 12 to a down stream system. The deterioration of the adsorbents 4 progresses from a lower side in such a manner. Since the outlet apertures of the piping 10 and the piping 11 are disposed to face the lower side with respect to the inlet part of the respective filter containers 1a, 1b, the clogging of the adsorbents 3, 4 in the pipings is prevented. Furthermore, the deteriorated adsorbents dropped by gravity and are housed through a screw feeder 9 into a drum 13 when the sepn. valves 7d and 7e on the container 1b side are opened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly and freely supply and take up plural cables having different specifications by passing a cable through the upper side of the common core of a fixed drum and the lower side of the common core of a movable drum alternately and supporting the weight of the movable drum on the cable. CONSTITUTION:In a nuclear power plant, cables 4 for power to a crane bridge 1 and for a signal are connected through a cable supply and take-up device 6 to a power supply board and a control panel disposed in a separate room 5. That is, the cables 4 are passed from the separate room 5 through the upper side of the common core of a movable drum 9 and the lower side of the common core of a fixed drum 8 and then passed through a reversing drum 19 to be extended to the crane bridge 1. When the crane bridge 1 is moved from a stand-by room 2 to an operating room 3, tension is produced in the cables 4 so that the movable drum 9 is raised to supply the cables 4. On the other hand, when the crane bridge 1 is moved in the reverse direction, the cables 4 are slackened so that the movable drum 9 is lowered to store the cables 4.
