    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in a contact resistance between a tab terminal and a terminal fitting to be connected to this, when the tab terminal rolls in a rotation direction. SOLUTION: A terminal connection structure includes a tab terminal T having contact faces T1, T2 on both of surface and back sides, a square tube part 11 into which the tab terminal T is inserted, and both ribs 18 and an elastic contact member 15 which are respectively provided on both the surface and back sides of the tab terminal T formed integrally with the square tube 11 and are connected to both contact faces T1, T2 of the tab terminal T, and since both contact faces T1, T2 are pinched elastically by both ribs 18 and the elastic contact member 15 from both the surface and back sides of the tab terminal T, electrical connection is made. The tab terminal T has a cross-sectional arc shape and both contact faces T1, T2 slide contact both ribs 18 and the elastic contact member 15 along the curved shape to maintain a contact state.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-bending an external spring ring which is insertion-fitted on an outer periphery of a cylinder part of a socket terminal.
      SOLUTION: The socket terminal 10 is provided with a cylinder part 16 capable of insertion-coupling with a pin terminal 11 of a counterpart side. The cylinder part 16 consists of a base part 17 and a plurality of fingers 18. On an outer periphery in a region where the fingers 18 are formed of the cylinder part 16, an external spring ring 13 biasing to make a diameters of the fingers 18 to be shrunk inward of a diameter direction of the cylinder part 16, is inserted and fitted. The external spring ring 13 is formed by bending a metal-made platy member into a cross-section nearly C shaped with its end edges to be faced and matched with each other. Both end edges 42 of the external spring ring 13 are bent and protruded outwardly to a diameter direction of the cylinder part 16, and the protruded part is fitted into a groove part 46 which is formed on an inner wall 39 of a cavity 36.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fine adjustments of a physical relation between multiple terminal fittings while adopting an insert molding member having excellent rigidity and sealability in a wire harness having a structure holding connection parts of the terminal fittings in the multiple electric wires with terminals.SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 includes a housing 2 that holds protected parts of multiple electric wires 9 with terminals, each of which includes a connection part between an insulation wire 90 and a terminal fitting 91, so that the protected parts are spaced away from each other. The housing 2 has a double structure including an inner electric wire protection member 30 and an outer electric wire protection member 10. The inner electric wire protection member 30 is a non-conductive member that swingably holds the protected parts of the multiple electric wires 9 with the terminals forming spaces between the protected parts. The outer electric wire protection member 10 is formed by insert molding a thermoplastic material with the inner electric wire protection member 30, which holds the multiple electric wires 9 with the terminals, used as an insert component.
