    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insertion workability by dissolving positional dislocation between a clip and a clip fitting position caused by a tolerance in designing, and reducing the insertion force of the clip. SOLUTION: A clip mount is provided at a center of a base plate portion 11 fixed to an outer peripheral face of wire harness. An opening for insertion of the clip is provided on one side face of the clip mount, and at a center of its upper face an oblong hole and a narrow width hole are provided, wherein the narrow width hole is extended up to the opening for insertion of the clip communicatively connecting to the oblong hole. A shank portion is projectively provided, which is inserted into the narrow width hole from a lower part presser portion of a clip body 12, and a flexible upper part presser portion is projectively provided from a middle portion of the shank portion. The clip is shaped, in such a manner as a car body fitting wing portion is provided integrally in a folded state from an upper end of the shank portion, and the shank portion of the clip body is positioned movably in the oblong hole passing through the narrow width hole from the opening for insertion of the clip.
