摘要： Coil members are obtained by forming width-reduced portions in a wire material over a predetermined longitudinal range generally centered on cutting positions, then removing an insulation coating from the width-reduced portions, and thereafter cutting the wire material at the width-reduced portions. Coil segments are prepared by bending the coil members into a general U shape. Then the coil segments are inserted into the slots in a stator core, and a stator is obtained by welding together the free end portions of the projecting coil segments.

摘要： The invention provides a coil member of rotating electrical machinery, by which improvements in the mass production and downsizing thereof are enabled, which is a coil assembly for rotating electrical machinery, consisting of a plurality of coil combinations mounted at iron core slots, wherein the respective coil combinations 14 are inserted into slots at pitches equivalent to an appointed number of slots, and are formed of an integral coil member 21 in which the first and the second linear portions 21A and 21B alternately disposed at the inner layer side and the outer layer side in the slots, and the first and the second turning portions 21C and 21D for connecting the first and second linear portions 21A and 21B adjacent to each other outward of one end side and outward of the other end side in the lengthwise direction of the slots are integrated together. Second outer plate-joining weld portions are applied at positions dividing the outer surface of the laminated body into three sections, and first inner and outer plate-joining weld portions are applied to the inner surface and the outer surface in the vicinity of end portions of the laminated body.

摘要： The invention provides a stator for a dynamo-electric machine capable of preventing deterioration of efficiency. In the stator for dynamo-electric machine of which rotor is disposed inside the stator, a stator core 11 comprises: an inside ring core 9 formed annularly by laminating plate-type magnetic members in which a plurality of teeth are provided on one side of a yoke portion, disposing coils 8 in slots each formed between the teeth, bending the plate-type magnetic members so that the coils 8 are located inside, and bringing two end faces into contact with each other; and an outside ring core 10, being made of magnetic members and formed cylindrical in shape, which is fitted on outside of the inside ring 9 and holds the inside ring core 9.
