      SOLUTION: This pressure controller includes a control valve 31 facing a gas passage between an inspired gas inlet part 22 and an inspired gas outlet part 23 and an elastic energizing means 32 for elastically energizing the control valve 31 to a valve seat part 42. The adjustment operating member 36 idles in the return operating state, and works the adjustment working members 34, 35 by its turning operation when being drawn out, thereby adjusting the elastic energizing force of the elastic energizing means 32.
