    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and circuit of driving a brushless motor capable of generating a circular rotation magnetic field even when the brushless motor consists of two-phase coils while eliminating a one-phase coil.SOLUTION: A claw pole type three-phase brushless motor 1 has a stator 10 consisting of a series circuit of a first coil C1 arranged between a U-phase core 11 and a V-phase core 15 and a second coil C2 arranged between the V-phase core 15 and a W-phase core 14, and eliminates one phase among three phases. In the claw pole type three-phase brushless motor 1, a first coil current and a second coil current having a phase difference of 60° are made flow into the first coil C1 and the second coil C2, respectively. Thereby, a circular rotation magnetic field can be generated to the stator 10 to eliminate torque ripples to an electrical angle of the claw pole type three-phase brushless motor 1, and as a result, generation of sound and vibration from the motor 1 caused by the torque ripples can be prevented.
