摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight container having a high airtightness and a suitable sense of use in which sealing strength is changed in response to a fastening degree of a lid. SOLUTION: In the airtight container having a container body 1, the lid 2 detachably connected and maintained with an opening 1a, and a packing 3 which is interposed between the opening 1a and lid 2 and keeps the inside of the container body 1 airtight, the packing 3 is provided with a main body section 3a having a sectioned dome-shape as a convex shape toward the opening 1a, which makes it possible to have an elastic deformation starting from the back convex section O in its center part, and an annular section 3b which is integrally formed on an edge of the main body 3a and is non-detachable together with the main body 3a on the back of the lid 2 and is locked in a slightly slidable state. The annular section 3b is provided with a first seal section 3b 1 interposed between an end face of the opening 1a and a back ceiling wall of the lid 2, and a second seal section 3b 2 for keeping them mutually airtight by gradually increasing abutting surface pressure of the opening 1a on the basis of an elastic deformation of the main body section 3a corresponding to gradual increase of an interposed degree of the first seal section 3b 1 .
