    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad and a construction method for elasticizing a track, which allow effective repair of places of various failures occurring on the track due to a decrease in elastic bearing capacity, which exert an effective influence on a reduction in maintenance work and an improvement in riding comfort, and which easily establish track maintenance at a low cost. SOLUTION: The pad 15 for elasticizing the track, which is used for the construction method for elasticizing the track, is equipped with a bag-shaped pad body wherein at least a part on the side of a top surface has permeability and wherein at least the side of an under surface has impermeability, an elasticity adjusting material which is composed of small pieces of a polymer elastic material presealed in the pad body in a state of uniform dispersion, and a resin injection part wherein a curable elastic resin material is post-injected, in a pressurized state, into the pad body inserted on the side of a bottom of a tie.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To (a) reduce the curing time of resin; (b) enhance the reliability of operation; (c) facilitate the post-processing of the remaining resin; (d) enable use of a pad without a one-way valve; and (e) eliminate the need for an operator to pressurize each pad until the resin cures.
      SOLUTION: This method includes a) preparing an airtight bag 72 containing a main agent of a packed resin in an amount slightly greater than the amount of resin packed in one variable pad 38; b) preparing a container containing a curing agent in an amount sufficient to cure the main agent in the bag; c) adding the curing agent prepared in the process b) to the bag, then mixing the components together, and connecting the bag to the unpacked variable pad by means of a tube 88; d) loading the bag into a pressure storage type resin packer 70; e) using the resin packer to force-feed the uncured packed resin in the bag into the variable pad under roughly constant pressure; f) waiting for the packed resin to cure under the condition produced in the process e); and g) taking out the bag from the resin packer once the resin has cured, and using the resin packer repeatedly for other variable pads.

    • PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which prevents a plasticizer from migrating from resin moldings, does not cause surface tackiness on the coating film thereof, does not suffer the staining of the coating film and has good adherability, containing a vinyl acetate polymer emulsion and a specified vinyl polymer emulsion.
      CONSTITUTION: 5W45wt% (on a solid basis) emulsion of vinyl acetate (A) having a vinyl acetate monomer content of 75wt% or above, 5W30wt% (on a solid basis) emulsion of a vinyl polymer (B), e.g. (meth)acrylic resin, having a glass transition point which is at least 30°C higher than component A, and additives (C) such as a pigment, a pigment film-forming aid, an anti-foaming agent, a pH adjustor, a stabilizer, etc. are dispersed in water to form a paint, thus obtaining a paint compsn. for non-rigid vinyl resin moldings. This compsn. is then diluted with water to give a proper viscosity and applied in such a proportion as to give a coating weight of 80W200g/m
