    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless injector of simple constitution, with a wide adjustable range of medicine injection force, and a low impact noise. SOLUTION: In a back side grip 5, a partition wall 5c having a gas communication hole 5b is formed, and a chamber lid 6 is thread-attached. An inner space of it is used as a gas chamber part 7 for storing high pressure gas, and a forward inner space of the partition wall 5c is used as a cylinder 5d. A pressure receiving piston 9 is disposed in the cylinder 5d to be connected to a piston 10 to slide and move on an inner circumferential surface. To the chamber lid 6, an injection button 15 to be connected to a communication hole opening/closing rod 16 to open/close the gas communication hole 5b, and a joint 13 with a residual pressure exhaust valve having a push button 14 to exhaust the high pressure gas in the gas chamber part 7 are fixed. A nozzle 2 of a front side grip 4 is applied to a medicine vial, and the back side grip 5 is retracted to suck medicine. The injection button 15 is pushed to move the high pressure gas preliminarily stored in the gas chamber part 7 into the cylinder 5d.
