    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure around a man through-hole in an underground beam such that a structure is simple without a high manufacturing cost, construction is facilitated, sufficient strength is obtained at any part around the man through-hole, and the strength is maintained over a long period of time without executing special treatment even after the construction.SOLUTION: The following members are buried in concrete: hole periphery reinforcing bars including four sets of oblique reinforcing bars 8 arranged in an X shape forming a set by two on both sides of a man through-hole 5 formed in an underground beam 3, tightened to a beam main reinforcement by a hook at an end on the man through-hole side, fixed to concrete at the other end, and arranged facing each other at an interval in a beam width direction and hole periphery shear reinforcing bars 11 wound and arranged over upper and lower beam main reinforcement groups in an effective range of shear reinforcement on both sides of the man through-hole, and a pair of upper and lower hole part reinforcing bars including lower part stirrups 14 wound and arranged over a plurality of axial direction reinforcing bars 13 arranged in parallel with the beam main reinforcement at an upper part and a lower part of the man through-hole and hole upper and the beam main reinforcement on the outermost side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface structure body and its construction method capable of mounting an exterior wall mounting member on an opening section of an exterior wall part in a free position without using any special constituent member and joint hardware and without causing any trouble, the rest of the part can be closed by a concrete slab and exhibit an excellent earthquake resisting performance.
      SOLUTION: The wall surface structure body consists of the exterior wall mounting member 12 (a wall sash and an entrance door, etc.) mounted to a structure skeleton (a beam 3 and a slab 4) at a required position of the opening section 1, the concrete slab 14 closing other than a mounting section of the exterior wall mounting member and both upper and lower fixed devices 16 and 18 moveably fixing both up and down sections of the concrete slab to the structure skeleton. The upper fixed device 16 is so constituted that the upper end is fixed to the structure skeleton of an upper edge of the opening section and that the upper end face of the concrete slab is moveably hung down. The lower fixed device 18 is so constituted that the lower end is fixed to the structure skeleton of a lower edge of the opening section, the lower end face of the concrete slab is moveably supported and that a space between supporting members is sealed with a seal member 21 in water-tight.
