      SOLUTION: A tag unit 11 includes a tag plate 12 and IC tags 13a, 13b, 13c provided to the tag plate 12. The working time measuring instrument 14 includes a display unit 15, a start button 16 and a stop button 17, a memory section for storing its own ID code and time information inside, a clock section for ticking the present time, a timer, and a communication circuit. The memory section stores the tag unit 11 therein, by accessing the tag unit 11 to read the tag unit, sends stored data to external devices, and record each of programs for deciding the delays with respect to reference working time and wrong time recording and to warn or to display.

A movable stopper 55d released by the engagement of the detent 58a and the revolution of the reset lever 58 is engaged with the fixed stopper 51b in the side of the repeat sourcer 51 to stop return rotation and the count wheel 55 can be reset to a start position.
