SOLUTION: In the real time stock recognition system 2 for franchise system retail trades constituted of a plurality of shops where terminal equipment PC1 managing stock information is installed respectively and a head office where a head office server 10 provided with an order receiving processing part 12, a memory MR and a browsing stock information preparation part 14 is installed, the browsing stock information preparation part 14 of the head office server 10 successively acquires the stock information of the respective shops almost in real time, prepares the stock information for browsing for which a stock deficiency rate set for each shop and each merchandise is taken into consideration on the basis of the acquired stock information for the respective shops and transmits it to the information processor of a customer (a). The order of the customer (a) is received in the order receiving processing part 12 and the order information is transmitted to the terminal equipment PC1 of the shop.
