    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for serving Sushi on a moving belt, by which a machine for a real Sushi bar serving sushi on the moving belt is carried into home, a user eats and appreciates sushi without being conscious of other customers even with the existence of children.
      SOLUTION: The structure is composed of a cooking part, a conveying part, and a counter part, and the conveying part is held between the cooking part and the counter part. The conveying part includes: a base; a top plate arranged on the base; guide grooves arranged in the top plate and formed with a resin having a substantially U-shaped cross section so as to collect dust and droplets, etc.; and complete chains including an outward route and a homeward route. A width between the outward and homeward routes is made to be substantially the length of the arm of a grown-up. The conveying part is longitudinally divided into a plurality of sections so as to be assembled. The complete chains to be adjusted in extending/contracting are stored in the assembled guide grooves the divided conveying sections. The counter part is constituted to be divided/assembled in a state corresponding to the dividing/assembling of the divided conveying part. The divided counter sections are connected onto the side surface of the conveying part at the outer side of the base so as to be integrally assembled with the conveying sections.
