The input mode data may be associated with a first visual content displayed by the controlled device and may provide an appropriate input mode with which the user can interact with the input device. The second input mode data may provide a second, different input mode based upon the second visual content with which the user can interact with the input device.

An identifier of a video stream is received from a user of the client device, the video stream being accessible though a media device coupled to at least one input port of the client device.
