摘要： Devices for holding and positioning capsules which have a cup, cover and lid structure and which contain a substance for preparation of a drink by extraction under pressure include a hollowed housing device, a hollowed holder device and an extraction plate for flow of the extracted drink from the capsule. The holder device includes an element member which extends from a holder wall into the interior at a position so that upon placement of a capsule in the holder device hollowed interior so that the cover and lip are adjacent the extraction plate, the lip passes by the retention element member and is retained between the member and extraction plate, and the housing and holder devices also are configured so that for pressure extraction, the housing has a periphery edge positionable for contacting the capsule lip so that a seal is formed.

The body has a base portion capable of allowing flow of a coffee beverage therethrough, an annular sidewall portion which extends transversely from the base about a package body interior space and defines an opening which opposes the base portion, and a rim portion which extends about the opening and transversely from the sidewall portion in a direction away from the opening. The membrane has a peripheral portion which is sealed to the package body portion rim, a membrane sidewall portion which extends transversely from the membrane peripheral portion adjacent the package body sidewall portion into the package body interior space, and a membrane central portion which extends transversely from the membrane sidewall portion and is capable of allowing flow of a fluid therethrough for preparation of a coffee beverage, and the membrane is configured so that a package cavity is defined between the membrane central portion and the package body base portion for containing the roast and ground coffee. Each of the package body and the membrane are formed of a flexible material and are configured so that the package body sidewall portion and the membrane sidewall portion are independently deformable relative to each other longitudinally and laterally with respect to a longitudinal axis of the package body sidewall portion.

The tube has successive portions configured to provide at least one metering chamber and a flow chute which extends to a tube opening for delivering powder-form product from the hopper via the metering chamber. A plug member is connected with a closure member which, in turn, is connected to a connecting member which, in turn, is connected with a housing member positioned in the hopper. A mounting member is affixed with the hopper, a first rotatable lever extends from the mounting member into the hopper, and a second rotatable lever extends from the mounting member outside of the hopper about a same axis as the first lever so that upon rotation of the second lever, the first lever is rotated. The housing member is configured for being engaged by rotation of the first lever, and the closure member and plug are configured and positioned, respectively, to cooperate with the metering chamber and to open and close the tube opening for dispensing metered amounts of powder-form product.
