摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory storage device and its method for reading and writing data, which may enhance functions for reading and writing on a flash memory device.
SOLUTION: The method for reading and writing on the memory storage device, comprising the steps of: deciding, at first, a logic block corresponding to the flash memory device as to at least one of specific data managing regions or at least one of general data managing regions; processing each data for specific contents and general contents, which is transferred between the memory storage device and an external system; employing a writing method of dynamic deviation on the specific data managing region; and employing a writing method of the same deviation on the general data managing region, wherein, the specific data managing region, thus, may avoid the situation that frequently requires to transfer data in accordance with updating data by the external system.
