    • The printer comprises a maintenance assembly station (18) in the form of a compact module with a support (30) upon which two maintenance assemblies (27, 28) are mounted, each comprising a sealing member (20) suitable for being applied against a printhead, a wiping member (22) for wiping the printhead and a cleaning member (24) for removing the ink from the wiping members (22). A suction member (26) is arranged between the two assemblies (27, 28) and connected by flexible pipes (41, 42) to the sealing members, in which it enables a sucking effect to be created. A camshaft (31) is fitted centrally in the support (30) parallel to the direction of movement of the carriage, is driven by a motor and controls the entire range of movements and functions of all the movable members of the maintenance assembly station.

    • The printer comprises an entrance, a printing station, a collection tray for the printed sheets and temporary storage mechanisms on which a printed sheet is placed immediately after printing. These mechanisms comprise pivotingly mounted shutters, opening and closing of which is commanded by a slide comprising two rails cooperating with levers integral with the shafts of the shutters. The slide can be made temporarily integral with the printing carriage by means of a selection pin, the cams of which cooperate with two fixed abutments. The carriage thus performs selection and driving of the temporary storage mechanisms, which are easy to build and operate precisely at a low cost price.

    • Embodiments of the present invention provide a detachable module for a computer keyboard to provide additional functionalities and enhance the usage of the computer. In one embodiment a keyboard comprising a keyboard module including a keyboard body having a plurality of input keys for providing input to a processing device; and a detachable module detachably connected to the keyboard body of the keyboard module, the detachable module including at least one of a display or at least one input member for providing input to the processing device and/or the keyboard module. In a docked mode, the detachable module is connected to the keyboard body. In an undocked mode, the detachable module is disconnected from the keyboard body. In the docked mode, the detachable module interacts with the keyboard module to perform one or more functions based on interaction between the detachable module and the keyboard module and/or to transfer data between the detachable module and the keyboard module.
