摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing a soil-treating speed by means of simple processing in soil-treating processing.SOLUTION: A helium-containing liquid having hyperfine bubbles of an average particle size of at most 25 μm, which include helium gas, is prepared (the first process), and the helium-containing liquid is added to contaminated soil (the second process). Helium gas is 4 in molecular weight, has very large permeability, by which the gas permeates even into the microgaps of a soil composition, compared with oxygen gas or the like, and is present in water in a hyperfine bubble state for a long period of time. Consequently, the helium gas promotes the separation of contaminants from the soil composition and very effectively floats the contaminants.
