    • A method and medium for the multiplication of normal diploid cells from mammals is described, comprising cultivating the cells in a culture medium containing an amine derivative or derivatives represented by the general formula: NR.sup.1 R.sup.2 R.sup.3 (wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 represents a straight, branched or cyclic alkyl group or a hydrogen atom, provided that R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are not hydrogen atoms at the same time. Addition of these specific amine derivatives permits multiplication of normal diploid cells in a culture medium containing a limited concentration of serum. These amine derivatives are inexpensive and can be stored for a long period of time, and their storage and handling are easy. The use of these amine derivatives overcomes various problems encountered in using serum in the multiplication of normal diploid cells according to conventional methods.

    • Radio devices (31 to 43) receive a prescribed number of Hello packets from each of n radio devices existing within one hop from each radio device, detects six pairs of maximum and minimum values MAX[1] and MIN[1] to MAX[6] and MIN[6] based on the plurality of reception signal strengths of the plurality of received Hello packets, detects two adjacent maximum values having the largest difference among six pairs of maximum and minimum values D_MAX[1] and D_MIN[1] to D_MAX[6] and D_MIN[6] when the six maximum values MAX[1] to MAX[6] are in descending order, and determines the average of two minimum values corresponding to the detected two maximum values as a threshold. The radio devices (31 to 43) each produce a routing table including routes having reception signal strengths equal to or more than the threshold.

    • A chaos spreading code c(n) is inputted to a spreading unit 32. Data D1 and c(n) are multiplied in the spreading unit 32. A chaos spreading code d(n) is inputted to a spreading unit 42. Data D2 and d(n) are multiplied in the spreading unit 42. The chaos spreading codes c(n) and d(n) orthogonally cross each other. Outputs of the spreading units 32 and 42 are added by an adder 35 and transmitted through a transmitting unit 36 to a transmission path 38. By making an initial value which is set in a chaos sequence generator having a construction of a digital circuit different, the chaos spreading codes which orthogonally cross can be formed. Since the chaos spreading codes c(n) and d(n) orthogonally cross, an orthogonal modulating unit having a construction of an analog circuit for amplitude-modulating carriers which orthogonally cross can be made unnecessary and the construction can be simplified.
