    • PURPOSE:To enable low temperature plasticizing, by a method wherein at the beginning of a commencement of molding a heating cylinder temperature is set at a high temperature and a feed quantity is reduced and after the lapse of a predetermined period of time after the commencement of the molding, the plasticizing is controlled by changing over automatically the temperature of the heating cylinder to a low temperature and a counting feeder a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION:At the time of extremely low temperature plasticizing, a speed of a driving source 16 is made into a high one and the plasticizing is done by setting temperatures of heater zones H1, H2, H3 at 190 deg.C, 180 deg.C, 170 deg.C respectively. Then at the beginning of a commencement of molding, a feed quantity of resin is controlled at about 30% by making a speed of a driving source 16 into a low one, and the molding is done by making a setting temperature into t4, that is, 200 deg.C by changing to a temperature adjuster 12 for high temperature in the heater zone H3 at the tip. With this construction, as the setting temperature of a heating cylinder is low and a feed quantity is large, a trouble through which a rotation of a screw becomes impossible through entering of unmolten resin into a space between a screw groove and a barrel in a wedgy state can be prevented from generating.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a high-quality molded article in a comparatively short period of time, by a method wherein a large number of slits is provided in an axial direction by machining on the inside of an end of a heating cylinder, where feed of resin is commenced, a double flight screw is provided with a main flight and an auxiliary flight having a larger pitch than that of the main flight and a cooling cylinder is provided on a heater zone of the heating cylinder.
