On one axial end face of each of the connection parts 11, a cylinder supporting part 22 is formed to cover the outer peripheral face of the collar 14. This construction prohibits the cylinder supporting parts 22 from constraining the deformation of the burrs 23 with a temperature change, and so stress hardly occurs in the burrs 23 to hardly cause the breakage, thus preventing the fall-off of the burrs 23. On one axial end side of each of the connection parts 11, a guard member 25 is provided for encircling an area around the collar 14, thus preventing the contact with the burrs 23 from the outside.
