SOLUTION: This GHP remote monitoring system 1 is provided for remote monitoring a gas engine heat pump type air conditioner (hereinafter called GHP), having an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The GHP remote monitoring system 1 comprises the adaptor 2, a computer 3 for monitoring, and a monitoring unit 4. The adaptor 2 has an operation data collecting means, a first operation data transmitting means, an instruction data receiving means and an instructing means.
