    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an axial length related to a fluid machine in which a clearance between two openings is sealed by an annular seal member when a member to be sealed having at least the two openings is arranged in a housing, and the annular seal member used for the fluid machine.SOLUTION: The fluid machine is formed into a shape having a first portion 73ba parallel with a suction port 81 with an O-ring 73b set in the axial direction, a second portion 73bb parallel with a suction port 83, and a third portion 73bc for connecting the first and second portions. Then, the first portion 73ba and the second portio 73bb are arranged so as to be displaced from each other in the axial direction, and the third portion 73bc is arranged so as to intersect a clearance between the suction port 81 and the suction port 83 in a direction different from the circumferential direction upon viewing a pump body 100 from the radial direction. By this arrangement, both suction ports 81, 83 can approximate each other in the axial direction. Accordingly, the axial length of the pump body 100 can be shortened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating machine capable of suppressing the grease filled in a bearing from being washed away.SOLUTION: A drain hole 4e communicated with a space 8 configured between the bearing 6 and a seal member 7 with respect to a case 4 is formed. Therefore, even when the liquid leaks beyond the seal member 7 to the bearing 6 side while it is suppressed that the liquid in the liquid storage chamber 4a leaks from a gap between the case 4 and a rotating shaft 3 by the seal member 7, it can be suppressed that the grease filled in the bearing 6 is washed away.
