SOLUTION: A system (10) for managing the nursing necessity degree includes a server (12). The server is communicatibly connected to a sensor unit (20) via a network (14). The sensor unit collects speech voice of a nurse having the mounted sensor unit, so as to transmit it to the server. The server performs morphological analysis of the nurse speech data, extracts words, and then acquires nurse data including the patient whom the nurse is concerned in, a nurse job on the patient performed by the nurse, and continuation time of the above nurse job. The above nurse data are sorted for each patient (S33), and a total time (patient total time) in which the nurse is concerned for each patient is calculated (S37).
