    • Multiple dose syringe apparatuses and methods suitable for use to administer multiple small doses of drugs particularly for dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, and neurological medicine. The multiple dose syringes can be constructed from a conventional syringe and conventional plunger with adapters, and also by individual injection mounding. The multiple dose syringe comprises a plunger with repetitive engaging structures than reversibly interact with an engaging member on the barrel where the distance between each engaging structure defines a volume or dose in the syringe. The engaging member can be flexible, semiflexible, or reversibly displaceable and as the plunger is depressed moves reversibly from one engaging structure to the next. A restraining member assures contact between the engaging member and engaging structure.

    • Reciprocating mixing syringe apparatuses and methods suitable for use, as examples, to mix two components and to deliver the completed mixture. The reciprocating mixing syringe apparatuses comprise two component syringes with respective barrels and plungers connected so that two components to mixed and the resultant mixture be can reversibly move between the two syringe chambers and during this process the plungers of the syringes reversibly reciprocate. The two syringe barrels are physically oriented with each other between 89° and 10° to provide ergonomic accessibility and have finger flanges oriented to prevent adverse interaction of the two plungers and the fingers. The connection between the two syringes comprise a tube, a stopcock, a valve, or a fistula. The syringes can reside within a frame, be integrated with the frame, or be connected to each other only by the connector.
