摘要： Storage bin for receiving and dispensing a material such as asphalt mix. The storage bin has openings for receiving and discharging the material stored therein, and each of the openings is provided with flow control apparatus including a gate which selectively opens and closes the opening to control the discharge of material therethrough. A fluid impermeable sealing condition is maintained between the gate, when closed, and the interior of the storage bin by means of a seal which is positioned between the bin and the gate in surrounding relation with the discharge opening in the bin and which is selectively operable to undergo sealing engagement with the gate.
