      SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the bag A having different diameters having an airtight property by applying the lining 4 inside the cylindrical woven fabric 1 having different diameters. The method includes covering a heat shrinkable tube 10 on the outside of an airtight core body 5 with substantially the same shape as the bag having different diameters to be manufactured and a slightly smaller diameter than that of the bag, heat shrinking the heat shrinkable tube 10 to conform it to the outer surface of the core body 5, cooling the heat shrinkable tube 10 and removing the core body 5 after the shape of the tube is fixed, inserting the obtained tube 11 having different diameters into the cylindrical woven fabric 1 having different diameters, inflating the tube 11 having different diameters by an inside pressure to press-contact it to the inner surface of the cylindrical woven fabric 1 having different diameters, and adhering the tube 11 having different diameters to the cylindrical woven fabric 1 having different diameters. As a result, because the heat shrinkable tube is thermally contracted to conform it on the surface of the core body, a seamless tube having different diameters conformed to the surface shape of the core body can be obtained. The different diameter tube can be inserted into the different diameter cylindrical woven fabric 1 for inflating the tube, to apply an appropriate lining 2 onto the inner surface the different diameter cylindrical woven fabric 1 to obtain the airtight different diameter bag.

The vehicle 2 is supported by the connector members 6, 8 and 9 to enable itself to be floated on the water. As a result, in the case where there is a possibility that flood may occur, the submersion-proof device of the present invention is installed at the vehicle 2 and then the floats 3 are bulged out to cause the vehicle 2 to be floated on the water when flood occurs and the vehicle can be prevented from being submerged. Additionally, when the vehicle 2 floats on the water, although the vehicle shows a possibility that it floats on the water surface due to presence of wind or water flow, it is possible to restrict its floating range by being engaged with a proper structure or trees and the like and even if the vehicle strikes against other objects through its floating, the floats 3 may act as cushions and thus the vehicle 2 can be prevented from being damaged.
