Image data are processed by operating the first to third foot switches 13, 14, 15. Foot switch marks 30f, 30c, 30v are displayed on the screen of the TV monitor 30. The housing tubes 133 are formed so that an inner diameter has the size of a degree capable of arranging the lead wires 132 in a loosened state in the lengthwise direction.
