摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor which is thin and whose electrostatic capacity is large by a method wherein bending parts are formed at an anode lead, several electrode foils are attached, the bending parts are bent to be a zigzag shape and adjacent electrode foils are faced. CONSTITUTION:Bending parts 11 are formed at an anode lead 10; electrode foils 2 on which an oxide film has been formed on their surface are attached to foil-attaching parts 12a, 12b, 12c. Then, the anode lead 10 is bent to be a zigzag shape at the bending parts; adjacent electrode foils 2, 2 are faced so as to be a laminate shape. Then, a solid electrolyte composed of, e.g. polypyrrole is formed on the surface of the individual electrode foils 2; a cathode layer which is composed of carbon and a silver layer is formed between the individual electrode foils 2. Consequently, a mechanical stress exerted on the electrode foils 2 when the lead is bent is reduced, and it is possible to obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor which is flat and thin and whose electrostatic capacity is large.

摘要： PURPOSE:To electrically connect a plurality of flat capacitor elements in parallel to obtain a thin solid electrolytic capacitor of a high capacitance which is manufactured at a low fraction defective by a method wherein individual anode bodies for capacitor elements constituting a capacitor element multilayered body are attached to an anode lead terminal and a cathode lead terminal is attached, via a conductive adhesive material, to a cathode layer of the capacitor element multilayered body. CONSTITUTION:Individual capacitor elements 1 are set to a multilayered state by welding lead legs 3b of their anode leads 3 to an anode lead terminal 11 for lead-out use; the anode lead terminal 11 is connected to a lead frame 10a; its lead attachment part 11b is bent downward. Cathode layers for the individual elements 1 are connected electrically to each other via conductive adhesive materials 12; a capacitor element multilayered body is formed. A cathode lead 14 for lead-out use is connected to a cathode layer of the capacitor element 1 which is the lowermost layer. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor which is thin and whose capacitance is high without damaging a solid electrolyte composed of a conductive high polymer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve impregnation property of electrolytic solution and to acquire larger electrostatic capacity by roughtening at least one surface of a polarizable electrode when attaching the polarizable electrode to a current collector and by roughtening the other surface of the poraizable electrode after fixing the polarizable electrode to the current collector by pressure by a roller with the roughtened surface opposite to the current collector. CONSTITUTION:Before a poralizable electrode 4 is laminated on both sides of a current collector 2 while pressure is applied by a roller 5, a lamination surface 4a of the polarizable electrode 4 is roughtened by a needle punch device 6. When pressure bonding is carried out by the roller 5, the polarizable electrode 4 bites the current collector 2 more firmly since its surface is roughened. Thereafter, a surface 4b of an electrode body 1 is roughtened by the operation of a needle punch device 7. A pair of electrode bodies are wound with a separator 8 therebetween to acquire a capacitor element 9. The capacitor element 9 is contained in a case 10 and specified electrolytic solution is injected in the case 10. Thereby, an electric double layer capacitor of high capacity and low resistance can be acquired.

When the unit cells 11, 12 whose polarity is opposite are used in this manner, this electric double layer capacitor 10 can be laminated by facing the case bodies 11b, 12b of an identical diameter and of an identical shape. Even when the unit cells 11, 12 are bonded collectively by a welding operation, e.g., a laser welding operation, a resistance welding operation or the like, it is required to weld only a mating face of the case bodies 11b, 12b.
