In addition, at least one kind among Si, Ti, Al and Zr is preferably incorporated into the continuous film.

Thereafter the ppt. of silica gel is formed under the existence of a gelling agent by dispersing the partial condensate of water-insoluble silicon alkoxide into water and the aimed quartz glass powder is obtained by calcining the pptd. silica gel. The composition obtained by mixing this quartz glass powder with resin is large in the contact area of the powder and resin and is excellent in fluidity and is free from impurities and therefore is especially suitable for seal of a semi-conductor device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide chopsticks which is lightweight while having high mechanical strength and a high heat resistance by injection-molding pellets made of thermoplastic resin in which inorganic hollow micro-particles and reinforcing monofilaments are blended in specific quantities. In the case of separately feeding the materials into an injection- molding machine without forming the pellets, an inhomogeneous distribution is resulted, and accordingly, such an effect that sufficiently lightweight chopsticks are manufactured cannot be expected.

CONSTITUTION:This heat resisting seal material comprises a core material of a string-like elastic body formed of heat resisting metal fibers and heat resisting inorganic long fibers continuously windings around the outer periphery in one direction without any gap. The heat resisting inorganic long fibers winding drount the core material contain 0.1-0.6wt.% of Al2O3 and 0.1-0.8wt.% of TiO2. The heat resisting inorganic fibers are high silica glass fibers composed of a main component of SiO2 and the layer of the inorganic long fibers has the thickness within 3-100% of the outer diameter of the core material. Thus, a sufficient ventilating resisting property and durability can be obtained and the heat resisting material can be easily manufactured with low material cost and working cost.
