摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight aerated concrete composite panel and its manufacturing method which secure the maintenance of a large-size decorated plate and prevents crack initiation caused by stress concentrating to a part of the light-weight aerated concrete board corresponding to a joint part in the circumference of the decorated plate by the negative pressure and wind pressure, by wholly and tightly sticking the large decorated plate to the light-weight aerated concrete board, even when there is warping in the large decorated plate or unevenness (level difference) in the light- weight aerated concrete board. SOLUTION: This composite panel A is so constituted that a hardening layer 4 and a stress releaving layer 5 are interposed between a large decorated plate 1 and ALC board 2 and locked by a lock metal 6. The ALC board 2 in a side attaching the large decorated plate 1 has an anchorage groove 7 formed in a prescribed position. The large decorated plate 1 has a latch hole 1a for latching latch claws 18, 19 of a lock metal 6 formed therein and the latch claws 18, 19 of the lock metal 6 are latched to the latch hole 1a of the large decorated plate 1 so that an anchor part 9 of the lock metal 6 is projected from the rear face of the large decorated plate 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mount a decorated board definitely by forming a fixture hole whose bottom is wider than an opening, in a relatively soft panel and filling up a fixture material therein and inserting and curing fixture hardware projected from mounting hardware buried in a decorated board. SOLUTION: An offset area is provided on both sides of a board-like central part 4a, thereby forming an overhanging section 4b. Mounting hardware 4 is manufactured by welding a nut 4d with the rear surface of a hole 4c bored in the central part 4a. At first, the mounting hardware 4 is buried at the hour corners of a decorated board 1 while only the central part 4a is exposed to the surface. An axial part 5b of fixture hardware 5b is engaged with the nut 4b. A part of the axial part 5b and the head 5a are projected from the decorated board 1. Then, a fixture hole 3, whose base 3a is wider than the opening 3b, is formed at a specified position of a lightweight cellular concrete panel (hereafter called as the panel) and a fixture material 6 is filled up therein. A fixing layer is formed with a bonding material 7 on the panel 2. The projected portion of the fixture hardware 5 is inserted into the fixture hole 3, thereby mounting the decorated board 1 and adjusting the level or the position. When cured, the fixing material 6 and the bonding materials 7 are hardened.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain water proofing performance and prevent cracking in a light cellular concrete plate corresponding to a joint around decorative plates due to temperature change and wind pressure by laminating the light cellular concrete plate and a plurality of large decorative plates to be relatively movable in a plane direction via a water-proof layer. SOLUTION: For a light cellular concrete (ALC) combined panel A, a plurality of large decorative plates 1 formed from large ceramic plates such as tiles having an area of 0.1 m or more each on the surface side are laminated on a ALC plate 2 via a water-proof layer 3 so that the ALC plate 2 and the large decorative plates 1 are relatively movable in a plane direction with the water- proof layer 3. The water-proof layer 3 includes a water-proof material layer 4 such as a water-proof paint layer showing water proofing performance and a stress relaxing layer 5 such as a sponge capable of relatively moving the large decorative plates 1 and the ALC plate 2 in the plane direction. Latching pawls 18, 19 for a stopper fitting 6 are latched to latched holes 1a in the large decorative plates 1 and an anchor portion 9 of the stopper fitting 6 is locked to a fixing groove 7 formed in the ALC plate 2 for connection.

CONSTITUTION:Two hoists 1 having a drive means are installed on a rail 4 attached to the upper part of a temporary scaffold 9, and a rope 7 is hung down from each of hoists 1. A hook 3 at the tip of the rope 7 is hooked on fittings attached to a large-sized panel 8 for hanging up the large-sized panel 8. The hoist 1 is moved to a desired position along the rail 4, and the large-sized panel 8 is then attached to a fixed spot. In this case, the inclination of the large-sized panel 8 can be easily fine-adjusted by individually controlling the hanging length of the rope 7 of the two hoists 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a fine regulation of the positional deviation of a panel by providing an extruded metal piece comprising a plate-like member having a screw hole, a member having a head part capable of turning a screw, and a member having a recessed part in which a tip part can be inserted. SOLUTION: An extruded piece comprises a plate-like member which is fixed to a vertical flange part 3a of a rule angle 3 and provided with a screw hole 22a in a nonfixed part, a member 23 having a screw shaft and capable of turning a screw, and a member 24 having a recessed part 24a. The positional deviation in the out-of- plane direction at each end part in the width direction of a panel is finely adjusted by tightining a bolt 23 in a condition where the extruded metal piece is provided on the rule angle part. A bolt is inserted in a head part of a bolt 14 in a condition where the panel position is determined so that a groove part of a holding piece 16 is engaged with the bolt. The head part of the bolt 14 is held by a vertical part of a covering piece 7 and the holding piece 16 through a liner metal piece 15. Then, its horizontal direction is fixed in a restrictive manner. The panel can be easily and finely regulated, and its outer surface can be fitted with excellent surface accuracy.

The lower flange part has a screw hole for position adjustment of a face outside direction for screwing a bolt for position adjustment 14 of the face outside direction, and the thread crest part of the head side of the bolt 14 screwed in the screw hole is sandwiched and fixed by the groove part of a push fitting having a vertically long groove part.

SOLUTION: By loading and fixing a rising steel member 24 on a building frame girder 1, the vertical part 24a of the rising steel member 24 is utilized for concrete fixing of a slab concrete 22. A ruler angle 3 for fitting and fixing a panel 2 is loaded and fixed on the horizontal part 24b of the rising steel member 24 having height of the same or more as the upper part 22a of the slab concrete. Hereby, there is no obstacle for the fitting fastener position of the panel 2b, regulation and fitting of the fitting fastener of the panel 2b can be easily performed, and because the position of the crossing part of panel joint can be set above the slab concrete upper part 22a, sealing can be easily driven to the joint place of gasket being apt to become the defective part of water leakage.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a corner panel while the angle of a corner part is freely changed at an arbitrary value by joining concrete panels with each other at an end part thereof using a movable connection member. SOLUTION: One side part of concrete panels 1, 2 is cut in an inclined manner at the desired angle leaving butt end parts 1a, 2a to form inclined parts 1b, 2b. The inclined parts 1b, 2b of the concrete panels 1, 2 are opposite to each other, and connected to each other through a movable connection member 3 on a back side to form a corner panel 4. The movable connection member 3 comprises a piece in which a hinge 3a is combined with a steel material 3b. An anchor nut part which is embedded in the concrete panels 1, 2, a bolt part 5, and a washer 6 are screwed in each other and fixed to the back side of the panels 1, 2 at the prescribed position. The corner panel can be easily manufactured at a low cost.
