摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure using precast concrete slabs for which the prestress can be added easily and, at that time, an upward prestress can be set with a degree of freedom. SOLUTION: A plurality of precast concrete slabs 1 comprising projected ribs 1a and flat slab portions are laid in alignment, and concrete or mortar is placed on the top surface of these precast concrete slabs 1. Then, prestressed concrete wire 3 is embedded in a shape of a polygonal line in longitudinal direction to give prestress.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely remove disordered arrangement of the underface of PC boards on connecting the PC boards forming a floor, by laying the PC boards on a beam in a construction site and placing finish mortar thereon or arranging reinforcements and placing concrete. SOLUTION: A notch is formed in the connection part of mutually adjacent PC boards 1, 1. A bolt set 12 fitted with a support plate 14 at the lower end is inserted in the notch from the upper side of the PC boards 1, 1 and the bolt 13 is turned to arrange the support plate 14 opposite to the PC boards at the rear faces of the adjacent PC boards. A nut 10 screwed through a spring base seat 11 is fastened to the threaded part 13a of the bolt 13 protruded from the surface of the PC boards 11 to remove the disordered arrangement of the PC boards 1, 1. Thereafter, concrete is placed and after curing of concrete, the support plate 14 at the underface of the PC boards is turned and the bolt set 12 is drawn out to recover it. The nut 10 and the spring base seat 11 are left in the concrete.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PC boards for a reinforced concrete floor slab forming a synthetic floor slab in which a PC board and cast-in-place concrete are integrally formed mechanically to withstand a bending stress without depending on the adhesive strength of the contact face of the PC board and the cast-in- place concrete, in order to increase the out-of-plane bending strength required for the floor slab. SOLUTION: PC boards are laid on a beam and reinforcements or metal mesh are arranged thereon and concrete is placed to constitute a reinforced concrete floor. In this case, the PC board 1A is provided with ribs 3 and a plurality of recesses 4A are formed at the contact face of the PC board 1A and concrete. Cast-in-place concrete intrudes into the recesses 4A and the concrete filled in the recesses 4A brings out a preventive action against slipping down after curing of the concrete.

The bearing plate 14 is rotated with a wrench engaged with a parallel notch 13a of the spring section 13c to contact it to the lower surfaces of the PC slabs 1a and 1b, and the nut 10 is clamped through the spring pedestal 11 to make the lower surfaces of the PC slabs 1a and 1b flat.

The grout (G) is injected through the hole (3) into which the main reinforcement (11) is inserted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To conserve resources and increase working efficiency, by superposing two or more tie-members to cross at right angles with a plurality of reinforcements parallelly arranged and bundling the reinforcements with wires and connecting them with spot-welding to the tie-members at their crossing points with reinforcements. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcements 1 parallelly arranged by use of structural pipes, shaped steels, etc., as tie-members 2 are bundled by annealed steel wires 3 having a small diameter and next connected to the tie-members 2 with spot- welding by use of an electric resistance spot-welding machine. The parallelly arranged reinforcements are repeatedly used by disassembling the tie-members 2 on arranging them on a structure. In the case of deformed reinforcement bars, the iron wires can be hooked on the ribs of the bars so as not to slip off. Screw thread reinforcements may be used. In this case, it is necessary to shift the reinforcement a little in order to match the pitch of screw at the time of setting joints but the reinforcements can be easily moved when the tie-members 2 are removed.
