    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of silencing elements capable of preventing positional deviation in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent round shape silencing elements and preventing the breakage of the silencing elements.
      SOLUTION: A connecting member 10 which is interposed between the ends of a pair of the silencing elements 1 and is projected with projections 19 on a front surface 10a and a rear surface 10b and recessed parts 8 and 9 are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces at the ends of the pair of the silencing elements 1 holding the connecting member 10 in-between. The connecting member 10 having an arcuate surface 12 of the lower round shape silencing element 1 and contact parts 13a and 13b which are erected at opposite ends in the longitudinal direction on the back side of the arcuate surface 12 and come into contact with the lower outer peripheral surface in the perpendicular direction of the upper round shape silencing element 1 and which consists of a bridge 11 formed with through-holes 14a, 14b and 14c at three points apart spacing in the longitudinal direction is arranged. The respective round-shape silencing elements 1 are fixed by driving metallic rivets 19 from the through-holes 14a, 14b and 14c of the connecting member 10.
