摘要： The line is used for growing of sea cultures. 摘要： This method is used in the plastic processing industry for preparing objects and items for floating, insulating and other facilities. It reduces material consumption. It is particularly suitable for producing objects for floating facilities, because the derived surface layer reduces the accumulation of seaweed and mollusc.Description : the material is expanded at least in two stages in at least two matrices. Initially, it is expanded at the central part of the piece, and afterwards, the subsequent parts of variable density. To form the superficial layer with the highest density, the last matrix is lubricated with dense separating liquid and is poured from the inside consecutively with large and small granules of non-foamed penopolystyrol. The prepared part of the object is cantered in the matrix, which is filled with foamed penopolystyrol and is finally expanded. The object is ejected from the matrix after cooling.
