摘要： An optical sensor device comprises a first (10) and a second (15) optical sensor arrangement. In the first optical sensor arrangement (10) at least one optical sensor structure (11) measures the incidence angle of incoming light(θ)that is approximately on the main beam axis (20) of a light source (22). The second optical sensor arrangement (15) comprises at least one optical sensor structure (16) with at least one optical sensor (24), at least two metal layers (43,44) and opaque walls (26) optically isolating the optical sensor (24). An evaluation circuit(14) provides an output signal (46)of the second optical sensor arrangement (15) under the condition that the incidence angle (θ)measured by the first optical sensor arrangement (10) lies within a set interval.

摘要： A method is proposed for controlling a display parameter (DP) of a mobile device (1). The mobile device (1) comprises a display (10) and a first imaging unit (21). The method comprising the step of positioning and orienting the display (10) with respect to a reference plane (RP) located at a reference position (RP), such that the first imaging unit faces (21) towards the reference plane (RP). Then a first image is generated by means of the first imaging unit (21), wherein the first image depends on ambient light incident on the first imaging unit (21) and emitted from at least one ambient light source (PS). A first light level (L1) is calculated from the first image, wherein the first light level (L1) is indicative of a first fraction of the incident ambient light which illuminates the reference plane (RP) by means of specular reflection of the incident ambient light at the display (10). Finally, the display parameter (DP) is adjusted depending on the first light level (L1).
