摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact structure satisfying a necessary condition for setting up an ordinary conductor rail with no particular attached part required. SOLUTION: In a conductor rail device having two conductor rails, the conductor rail comprises respectively a compound shaped material, it has rail-shaped load support shape materials 12, 14 and at least one long narrow shape material 20 of the other metal made of high wear resistance connected to a base material of the load support shape material 12, 14, an end part 10e of a paired rails 10 adjacent to each other is constituted to be electrically connected respectively by a length variable single conductor. Here, in the conductor rail end part 10e, the long narrow shape material 20 in the end part of one conductor rail is almost conformed to a narrow long shape material in the other conductor rail separated from the end part of the one conductor rail, and so that the end part of the conductor rail can be moved each other in an axial direction, in a position displaced by a distance n from a center axial line M, so as to be parallelly extended to the center axial line M, the conductor rail is characterized by being curved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve connection strength between a support section and a profile strip, and realize manufacture at low cost in a composite section having a support base of light metal, and a profile section component element of other metal by providing protruded parts at both edge parts of the profile strip to be embedded in the support base. CONSTITUTION: In a composite section 10 having a support base 12 of light metal, and a profile strip 18 comprising other metal metal-coupled as a surface layer, on at least one of length direction edge parts 20 of the profile strip 18, a protruded part 24 at a specified distance from it is protruded downward from an inner surface of it directed to the support base 12 during an extrusion process. This protruded part 24 is provided to define a boundary of an undercut space filled with the metal material of the support base 12 in a mutually locking way, and it is inclined for a specified angle to an axial line of the profile strip 18 as necessary. Adjacent composite sections 10 are jointed with each other at the profile strips 18.
