摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device which can form a high-precision color filter having a beautiful transfer edge pattern shape on a colored base and improve the efficiency of its production. SOLUTION: Condenser lenses 12 of a laser irradiation device 7a are arranged leaving spaces for forming coloring patterns of the same color among R, G, and B and shifting in position along a scanning direction. An optical fiber of a laser generation part 17 is curled halfway to form a coil part 10c, and then the wavelength band nearby the center of laser beam is widened to make the energy intensity uniform only at the part irradiated with the laser beam. Further, a head part 11 is provided with a cooling means to perform temperature control and then the arrangement pitch of optical fibers is prevented from being disordered.

SOLUTION: A color film sheet 10 is formed by successively laminating a stress relief layer 6, a photothermal conversion layer 4 and the color ink layer 2 in this order on the base film 3. The sheet 10 is provided with the stress relief layer 6, by which the swelling of the solvent component incorporated into the photothermal conversion layer 4 or the color ink layer 2 on the surface of the base film 3 at the time of storage is averted and the deformation of the color film sheet 10 is prevented.

A width dimension of the under yoke 4 is set equal to a width dimension of the permanent magnet 3 or smaller than that, and an iron-cobalt type yoke material is used as a material of the respective yokes 2, 4 and 5.

The color film sheet 50 is peeled after the heating, by which the transfer layer of the neat edge patterns is obtd.

SOLUTION: The glass substrate 1 is subjected to a surface treatment by using a silane coupling material 11, by which the glass substrate 1 and the silane coupling material are securely bonded. The color ink layer 2 provided with a color film sheet 50 is then tightly adhered to the substrate 10 to be transferred. The color ink layer 2 is heated and melted by a laser irradiation device 7. Consequently, the silane coupling material 11 is eventually securely bonded even to the molten color ink layer 2 and, therefore, the color ink layer 2 is surely transferred to the glass substrate 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and cleanly form color filters on a glass substrate in a process for producing the color filters. SOLUTION: A photothermal conversion layer 4, a release layer 5 and a color ink layer 2 are successively laminated on a base film 3. The laminate is tightly adhered to the glass substrate 1 and is locally irradiated with a laser beam L, by which the color ink layer 2 is heated and melted. At the time of the heating, the release layer 5 foams and the foamed parts 5b are exposed on the front surface 5a, by which the contact area at the boundary between the color ink layer 2 and the release layer 5 is decreased. The good transfer of the foamed parts onto the glass substrate 1 is thereby made possible.
