    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable contact for a push button switch, by which a mounting area for a movable contact formed by installing a metal frame to an elastic member with an expansion part on a circuit board can be reduced and thus the whole device can be made compact, and to provide a switching device using this.
      SOLUTION: The frame 3 is installed on a base 1a of an insulating elastic member 1, on which underside a contact 2 is provided and which has a dome- shaped elastic deformation part 1c. The frame 3 has a top plate 3a which restricts a movement in the lengthwise direction of the base 1a, and an upright wall 3b which has an inner wall surface 3e that abuts with an outer peripheral surface 1i of the base 1a and restricts the movement in the transverse direction of the base 1a. A soldering part 3g in mounting on the circuit board 4 is provided on the lower side of the upright wall 3b. In addition, bottom face of the base 1a is a placing surface 1h to the circuit board 4, and spaces are provided between the base 1a on the placing surface 1h side and the inner wall surface 3e of the upright wall 3b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable contact assembly body of a low manufacturing cost and small variation of attachment positions, and a switch device using the same.
      SOLUTION: This movable contact assembly body has a holding part A formed by a bottom wall 12, an inner wall 13, an outer wall 14 of a frame body 11 and pressing part 15. A stand part 5 of an elastic body 1 is held by the holding part A. Since the elastic body 1 and the frame body 11 are combined, manufacturing facilities can be commonized and a cost can be reduced as compared to a conventional one. Since each movable contact assembly body is mounted, mounting area can be reduced and the device can be miniaturized. Since the stand part 5 is held by the holding part A, the elastic body 1 can be surely held to provide sure switching action.

    • PURPOSE:To lighten a switch by reducing the number of parts and reduce manufacturing cost by fixing a support part of a solid metallic plate compact to an opening edge of a housing, and by abutting a raised part of a folded part of the metallic plate compact on an inversion spring. CONSTITUTION:For a pushbutton switch, on the bottom of a housing 1 that has an opening 1a, two metallic pieces are buried that are separated to one another, and a part of both of the metallic pieces is exposed in the inner bottom surface of the housing 1 as fixed contacts 2, 3 respectively, from which a terminal 4 is extended to the outside of the housing 1. On the fixed contact 2, an inversion spring 5 is put, and is slightly separated from the fixed contact 3 in the center during non-operation however, when pushed from above to a certain degree, it is inversed and is contacted with the fixed contact 3. On the inversion spring 5, a solid metallic plate compact 10 that is folded at bending points 10a, is arranged. When the pressure operational force is given to a raised part 12a of the metallic plate compact 10 through a key top, the inversion spring 5 is inversed by a raised part 13a so as to conduct both of the fixed contacts 2, 3 for the state of switch 'on'.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable contact assembly low in production cost thereof, good in operating ability of an elastic member and little in variation of a fitting position thereof, and a switching device using the assembly.
      SOLUTION: For the movable contact assembly, a pedestal 5 of an elastic member 1 is supported by an outer wall 12 and a top plate 13 of a frame 11 to integrally combine the elastic member 1 with the frame 11, so that manufacturing facility can be made common to conduct production at a low cost compared with a conventional one. In addition, since packaging is conducted at every movable contact assembly, the packaging area thereof can be made small to miniaturize it. Further, the pedestal 5 is supported by the outer wall 12 and the top plate 13, so that the elastic member 1 can be surely held to surely obtain a reverse operation, thereby achieving good operating ability.
