摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively manufacturing a pressure vessel having a plastic inner shell of high airtight characteristics. SOLUTION: Metal mouthpieces are embedded on both ends of a plastic cylindrical vessel. In order to integral mold such an inner shell by rotational molding, a flange outer surface 10a of the metal mouthpiece and the inner surface of a molding die 14 are in contact with each other in a liquid tight manner at a center side of the flange, and then fixed. A clearance 16 in which resin is charged is formed between the flange outer surface 10a and the inner surface of the molding die 14 with the contact portion as a front. The width of the clearance 16 is 3 mm or more at the end of the flange 10d, and gradually decreased to a front 17 of the clearance 16, showing the minimum value at the front 17. An airtight pressure vessel can inexpensively be manufactured by charging resin in the clearance 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce laminates continuously and efficiently by winding a green sheet on a columnar roll, while positioning an internal electrode. SOLUTION: A roll green sheet 1 formed with a prescribed pattern is fed out by means of a feed shaft 2 and a feed drive motor 3 and then carried to be wound round a columnar roll 7 by a sheet guide roller 5. Variations in tension are detected by a tension detector 4, and torque of the drive motor 3 is controlled and then variation of tension is regulated by a tension regulator 6. A pattern positioning section 9 positions an image detection camera 15, an image processing controller and the columnar roll 7 at a prescribed pattern formed on the green sheet 1 by turning them. Subsequently, respective layers of the wound green sheet 1 are brought into tight contact by means of a green sheet press 10 and bonded at a sheet securing section 11.

摘要： PURPOSE: To determine the end breakage position of a lap winding by detecting a position where the width of the lap winding line of thread is varied, from the image signals obtained by scanning a raw thread cheese in the direction of axis of a winding core. CONSTITUTION: This method is to scan a lap winding part D of a raw thread cheese C by a solid camera 101 at a constant interval in the direction of the axis of a winding core. The image is stored in an image storing device 105, it is compared with a predetermined threshold value, and a group of photo photoreceptor elements corresponding to a lap winding part D of a level higher than the threshold value is detected and calculated. A position where the width of a lap winding part D is varied based on the difference in a calculated value and a previously detected value is detected to determine a pigtail (P) stripping position.
