摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor drive device which can always use a power of a capacitor when a motor requires a large drive force for acceleration, etc., in a short time. SOLUTION: A regenerative circuit 11 comprising a series circuit of a regenerative capacitor 8 and a regenerative transistor 9 is connected in parallel with a first drive diode 6 provided in series between a battery 1 and a DC motor 2 so as to make a current flow in a forward direction from the battery 1 to the DC motor 2. The regenerative transistor 9 of the regenerative circuit 11 is turned on and off according to a voltage between both ends of a smoothing capacitor 5 connected in parallel with the DC motor 2 to charge the regenerative capacitor 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless DC motor having a high torque output by always keeping a the air gap constant and narrow by disposing the magnetic yoke of its rotor facing the stator core of its stator. SOLUTION: The brushless DC motor has the stator consisting of a stator coil 3 on the stator core 4 and the rotor which penetrates and fixes a center yoke 6 fixing a permanent magnet 10 to a shaft 1 with adhesive and magnetic yokes 5, 9. The magnetic yokes 5, 9 have respectively top face parts 5a, 9a which form each circle plane vertical to the shaft 1 and side face parts 5b, 9b which form each curved surface along the shaft 1. The top face parts 5a, 9a are fixed to the shaft 1 by contacting the permanent magnet 10, and the side face parts 5b, 9b accommodate the permanent magnet 10 inside and face the stator core 4 with a minute gap α outside.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with built-in brake, which has a built-in brake in the motor and is capable of obtaining stop holding torque when power is not applied. SOLUTION: The motor with built-in brake consists of a motor comprising a casing 1, a magnet 7 mounted on the inner wall of the casing 1, a rotor 8 placed opposite to the magnet, and a shaft 9 that supports the rotor. The shaft 9 of the rotor 9 is installed in the casing 1 so that the shaft can be rotated and slid in the axial direction, and is provided with a movable-side braking member 18. The casing 1 is provided with a fixed-side braking member that is abutted against the movable-side braking member 18 and thereby performs braking action. A brake is applied to the rotor 8, when energized, by the center of the rotor in the axial direction being displaced relative to the magnetic center of the magnet 7 in such a direction that the movable-side braking member 18 goes away from the fixed-side braking member 19, and, when not energized, by the movable-side braking member 18 being pressed against the fixed-side braking member 19 by centripetal force between the magnet 7 and the rotor 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the brake controller of a motor-driven vehicle which can avoid the shake of a body which is caused by the overshoot when a vehicle is stopped by braking and can stop the vehicle at a predetermined stop position smoothly. SOLUTION: A motor-driven vehicle has front wheel electric motors 7 and 8 which drive front wheels 3 and 4 and rear wheel electric motors 14 and 15 which drive rear wheels 11 and 12. The brake controller 1 of a motor-driven vehicle brakes the front and rear wheels by generating rotation torques in the front and rear wheel electric motors 7, 8, 14 and 15 in directions opposite to the advancing direction of the vehicle. When a vehicle velocity reaches a value not larger than a predetermined value, rotation torques are generated in the front wheel electric motors 7 and 8 and in the rear wheel electric motors 14 and 15 respectively in directions opposite to each other to avoid the overshoot.
