    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of an antenna flat plate and a spoiler main body and the peripheral edge adhesive strength of the spoiler main body by making it possible to directly to adhere by pressure parisons for blow molding which constitutes the spoiler main body to each other through the hole of the antenna flat plate. SOLUTION: This spoiler consists of the hollow spoiler main body formed of a synthetic resin material having an internal space in a specific shape, and in the internal space, the antenna flat plate 4 is arranged almost horizontally partitioning the internal space vertically. A conductive film 7 is formed of the same synthetic resin material with the spoiler main body on the surface. In addition to the conductive film 7, the antenna flat plate 4 has a through hole 13 penetrating part of a top mold at both lengthwise ends and holes 14 arranged on both the sides at specific intervals along the length and part 15 of the one side is cut so that the holes 14 are open to the outside. In this case, parisons constituting the spoiler main body are directly welded through the holes 14 of the antenna flat plate 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference between a towing wire and a vehicle body side member without increasing the number of parts.
      SOLUTION: The vehicular winch comprises a drum 4 winding up and paying out towing wire 3, a winch bracket 2 rotatably supporting the drum 4 and fixed to a vehicle body, and a guard member 20 regulating bulging to slack of the towing wire 3. The guard member 20 is a member integrated with bar members 21a, 21b and bracket members 22a, 22b. Each bar portion 21a, 21b is arranged in parallel with a rotating shaft 4a of the drum 4, and disposed on a drawing port opposite side rather than the rotating shaft 4a of the drum 4. The pair of the bracket portions 22a, 22b is fixed to the winch bracket 2. A bending portion is formed on the bracket portion 22a.

    • PURPOSE:To improve productivity by providing a spiral tooth part windingly formed around a core and a buffer part, made of thermoplastic elastomer resin which is extruded along the spiral tooth part around the core, and projected outward from the spiral tooth part. CONSTITUTION:Melted thermoplastic elastomer resin 4a is input into a cavity 8a from the passage 8b of an extrusion die 8, while a member 1a, in which spiral tooth parts 3 are formed on a core 2, is fed to the cavity 8a from a hole of a guide 9. Inside the cavity 8a, the thermoplastic elastomer resin 4a is applied and stuck around the core 2 along the spiral tooth parts 3, and as a result, the member 1a, on which the thermoplastic elastomer resin 4a is applied, is fed out from the cavity 8a. The thermoplastic elastomer resin 4a is expanded because of its won foaming characteristic so as to be hardened while projecting outward from the spiral tooth parts 3. In this way, buffer parts 4 are formed of the thermoplastic elastomer resin, and a toothed cable 1 is formed. Therefore, productivity of a toothed cable can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin molded product having a boss part capable of simultaneously preventing the sink and flash of the resin molded product without forming the bottomed opening part of the boss part as a thick-walled part, and a mold for use therein. SOLUTION: This mold 20 has an upper mold 21 and a lower mold 22, and a tubular pin 23 and an inside pin 24 are arranged to the thick-walled part corresponding to the boss part of the upper mold 21. A gap 25 is formed between the tubular pin 23 and the inside pin 24 and a compressed gas is supplied from the gap 25 to prevent the sink of the resin molded product 30. Further, the tubular pin 23 and the inside pin 24 are arranged so that the leading ends of them are positionally aligned and, in the forming range in the height direction of the boss part 31, the inner diameter of the tubular pin 23 is made constant and the outer diameter of the inside pin 24 is made constant.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a handle with high-grade sense and rigidity sense at a low price by molding a core for a car outdoor handle, etc., from a glass fiber reinforced resin, providing a surface layer of a high thermal conductive resin on the surface thereof, and making the surface layer as the equal level to a metal in sensory estimate. By increasing bending elastic modulus of a resin not lens than 5,000MPa, and increasing thermal conductivity not less than 3.0W/mk, rigidity sense and touch like a metal are presented, at the same time, 50-90wt.% of a high thermal conductive filler is compounded with 100wt.% resin to facilitate molding. The surface layer 7 can be made by painting or plating. By the constitution, a handle with high grade sense can be made from a resin at a low price.
