    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting a rotation angle mounted in a throttle valve device to detect an opening degree of a throttle valve, the device suppressing wasteful portion in a processing range of a strip-shaped workpiece substrate (hoop material) to make manufacturing cost low.SOLUTION: Wiring members constituting a sensor terminal 41 and a motor terminal 51 are provided and formed, on portions of the wiring members, with bent parts 47, 57 that are made to be bent so as to be folded back. These bent parts 47, 57 are folded back by changing extending directions of wiring of the sensor terminal 41 and motor terminal 51 at an angle of 180° by being folded, to double the wiring of the sensor terminal 41 and the motor terminal 51. Thus, flexibility in a punching shape of a hoop material when the hoop material is punched can be improved by the bent parts 47, 57 representing the folded shape.

The detecting circuit 13 is arranged between the bus bar 11 and the bus bar 12, and detects the voltages of the unit cell 1a and the positive electrode-side unit cell 1b.

Thus, the terminal bodies 42, 52 are molded from copper material having spring property and the connectors 45, 55 are molded from brass. The terminal bodies 42, 52, and the connectors 45, 55 can integrally connect to each other via electrically jointing connection portions 48, 58 after the terminal bodies 42, 52 and the connector portions 45, 55 have been molded. A plate thickness of the terminal bodies 42, 52 is set to be 0.4 mm and a plate thickness of the connectors 45, 55 is set to be 0.6 mm.
