摘要： An apparatus for optimizing the bias setting of a RF predistortion linearizer for a power amplifier to operate across different frequency channels is provided. The apparatus may include a radio frequency power amplifier. The apparatus may include a radio frequency predistortion linearizer that predistorts a radio frequency signal and passes the predistorted radio frequency signal to the radio frequency power amplifier for amplification. The radio frequency predistortion linearizer may be configured based on a set of bias control settings for different operating frequencies. The apparatus may include a filtering and detection component configured to monitor performance of the radio frequency power amplifier and fine-tune the set of bias control settings based on the monitored performance of the radio frequency power amplifier.

摘要： There is provided a phased array antenna, including: a receiver antenna array including one or more groups of receiver radiating elements, each group of receiver radiating elements including a first receiver subarray of receiver radiating elements and a second receiver subarray of receiver radiating elements; a plurality of receiver core chips, including, for each of the one or more groups of receiver radiating elements, a first receiver core chip associated with the first receiver subarray and a second receiver core chip associated with the second receiver subarray; and a plurality of receiver feeding networks, including, for each of the one or more groups of receiver radiating elements, a first receiver feeding network including a plurality of first feed lines and a second receiver feeding network including a plurality of second feed lines. In particular, for each of the one or more groups of receiver radiating elements, a first receiver radiating element of the first receiver subarray and the second receiver core chip associated with the second receiver subarray are arranged at least substantially at or along a center of the second receiver subarray and a first receiver radiating element of the second receiver subarray and the first receiver core chip associated with the first receiver subarray are arranged at least substantially at or along a center of the first receiver subarray such that the plurality of first feed lines and the plurality of second feed lines have at least substantially equal length.
