    • A low-profile wideband monopole antenna is provided. The antenna may include a radiating element configured in a bent monopole arrangement to provide a vertical polarization such that an omni-directional radiating characteristic is achieved. The radiating element may include a plurality of slots formed at or edged from each side of the radiating element to increase the effective current path length of the radiating element. The antenna may include a feed and a feeding structure extending from the radiating element to the feed. The antenna may further include a ground plane. The radiating element may be arranged substantially parallel to the ground plane. The surface area of the radiating element may be smaller than the ground plane.

The spectrum coordination device may include: a memory configured to store working channel information indicating for each radio communication device of a plurality of radio communication devices information of at least one channel used by the respective radio communication device; a radio communication device information receiver configured to receive working channel update information of at least one radio communication device of the plurality of radio communication devices; a conflict determination circuit configured to determine whether there is a conflict of channels to be used by the plurality of radio communication devices based on the working channel information and the working channel update information; and a working channel information updating circuit configured to update the working channel information based on the determination of the conflict determination circuit.

    • According to embodiments of the present invention, a transceiver device is provided. The transceiver device includes a receiver configured to wirelessly receive a signal having a master-remote frequency from a communication device; a frequency converter configured to convert the master-remote frequency of the received signal to a remote-terminal frequency; and a transmitter configured to transmit the converted signal having the remote-terminal frequency to a communication terminal. Other embodiments provide a transceiver device including a receiver configured to receive a signal having a remote-terminal frequency from a communication terminal; a frequency converter configured to convert the remote-terminal frequency of the received signal to a master-remote frequency; and a transmitter configured to wirelessly transmit the converted signal having the master-remote frequency to a communication device. According to further embodiments of the present invention, a method of transmitting a converted signal and a method of receiving a signal are also provided.
